Like Yahoo's (Nasdaq: YHOO) Flickr service (http://www.flickr.com), PicPrizes lets photographers share their work, and fans comment on it to create a vibrant photographic community. PicPrizes, however, also offers prizes and awards for top photographers and photo fans.
